At Saksham Boxing Club, our vision is to prepare achievers in the art of boxing and to play a significant role in nurturing their future. Certified coaches from the National Institute of Sports, and has successfully participated in competitive boxing both national and international levels, our passion for boxing has inspired us to build a career in the field of sports and fitness. Fueled from a young age, this passion along with tremendous hard work, dedication, and the will to never give up, helped us win accolades in our profession. Further, our keen interest in understanding the mechanisms of the human body and its response to various forms of exercise led us to pursue our career as coaches from Asia's biggest institute- NSNIS, Patiala, under the esteemed guidance of Dronacharya awardee, Dr. G.S. Sandhu. In addition to an in-depth understanding of the sport, we bring our unique knowledge and specialization in Anthropometry, Bio- mechanism, and Sports Medicine to the training, technique, and methods on offer. Our training methods essentially revolve around the development of motor components involving Endurance, Speed, Strength, Flexibility, and Coordination. We strongly emphasize the development of these components in order to build a complete sportsman out of our students.

Saroj Sharma (Co-Founder) is a National boxing champion, qualified NIS Coach from Asia"s biggest institute NSNIS Patiala in 2012-2013, and qualified world boxing council coach. She has worked in various prestigious organizations as a sports instructor and boxing coach.
Being a veteran boxing player boxing has been a motivation for her to push her career and promote boxing. She appointed India's most prestigious organization (MANAV RACHNA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL-GURGAON) in 2013 where she worked sincerely and produced many state and National level boxers even 'khelo India medalists'. She resigned from her job in 2020 after 'seven years and opted for boxing passion as a career.
During covid pandemic she opened a boxing club 'saksham boxing club' at Distt-Una (H.P) in 2020 and in just two years time period has produced many state gold medalists, National medalists also. She is basically from Haryana, got married in Himachal and She always wished to do something to take initiatives to promote boxing from grass root level so with coordination with her husband.
